Mike Brown: Managing Partner, Chief Executive Officer. Mike has over 19 years of experience in business management and information technology, along with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from the University of Toledo. Prior to starting BizTech in 1999, Mike was the IT Director for J Richard Industries in Toledo, Ohio. Mike has been supporting VISUAL since 1994, and has been directly involved in dozens of VISUAL implementations. Mike has several technical certifications with an understanding of all related software solutions including Windows Server, Exchange Server, SharePoint, Project Server, SQL Server, Citrix, Visual Studio, and Virtualization. Mike is able to design solutions for all areas of VISUAL and currently takes on a project management role supporting the VISUAL Consultants and Solution Advisors. Mike is also participating in development planning sessions with Infor to help shape the design and features of future versions of VISUAL Enterprise products.

Jayme has over four years experience in IT support. She has successfully implemented VISUAL, as well as, provided training, support, project management, data analysis, Centura and Crystal Report development. Melissa previously worked for Infor Global Solutions as a Principal Support Analyst, Project Manager and Senior Application Consultant. Melissa graduated with an MBA with Accounting Emphasis from Utah State University and BA in Accounting from Westminster College. Although Melissa’s educational background is in Finance, she has become very knowledgeable in Manufacturing, Quality and Aerospace and Defense processes, regulations and goals through her years working with VISUAL Enterprise customers and in her previous roles as a Controller and Reporting Manager.

Kurt Carr: VISUAL Consultant. Kurt has over 20 years of experience in manufacturing and business management. Since 1993, Kurt has advised hundreds of companies on how to use VISUAL as a tool for effective execution. Having worked extensively with VISUAL since version 1.1d, Kurt has broad experience in applying its tools to the contours of businesses as diverse as high-volume screw manufacturers, contract electronics assemblers and builders of customized machinery. After years as controller for several mid-sized businesses, Kurt filled dual roles as lead implementation consultant and Training Director at VBS. In 2000 he started a consulting business that focuses on helping manufacturers use VISUAL to be dramatically more successful. Kurt relies on his strengths in business management, manufacturing and a deep knowledge of Infor ERP VISUAL to help his customers thrive in highly competitive markets.

A little history… em>VISUAL Manufacturing ERP software (aka VISUAL Enterprise, VISUAL MFG and VMFG) was originally developed by Lilly Software Associates (LSA). In 2004, Infor Global Solutions® purchased Lilly Software and the VISUAL Product
and changed the name to Infor ERP VISUAL. In 2011, Infor Global Solutions® introduced Infor10, and changed the product name to Infor10 ERP Express (VISUAL).
