VISUAL Financials® Assessment
BizTech will perform the following services at the clients' facility:
- Review company GL account structure and GL account interface configuration
- Review financial information flow (costing utilities, costing tools)
- Accounting Staff interviews to analyze accounting process flow
- Review & Document monthly and annual closing procedures
- Review financial statements documentation
- Assessment report with recommendations and financial periods closing schedule
VISUAL Financials® (Remote) Controller
BizTech will assist in closing the financial periods based on the clients closing schedule. This service can be performed at the client facility or remotely. The remote service requires Citrix GoToAssist™ or Microsoft Remote Desktop Services. BizTech will perform the following services on a monthly and/or annual basis:
- E-mail notification of cut-off for data entry and closing date to key users
- Process costing utilities and verify costing tools (if transactions remain, the client is notified and an estimate is provided for BizTech to resolve data integrity issues)
- Process General Journals
- Verify that all financial transactions were posted and close financial period
- Print detail reports and verify against GL account balances (if detail does not equal balance, the client is notified and an estimate is provided for BizTech to resolve data integrity issues)
- Print Visual financial reports
- Review and discuss Visual financial reports with management
- Visual Financials® Controller report
