2. Our team of expert report writers reviews your request and estimates the time required to develop the report. If the estimate is less than 20 hours, we develop the report for FREE.
   (If not, we contact you to discuss report in more detail)
3. You get status updates during the report development and may be contacted for more information. We will provide an accurate estimate of your report completion date.
4. We send you the completed report using our exclusive VizReports application interface. You try the report FREE for two weeks. The application will be in an evaluation mode.
5. We determine the price of the report based on our actual development time. When you are ready to purchase the report, you send us the payment and we send you an unlock code for the report application. That's it. No obligation!

Special Requirements:

• All reports are developed using Microsoft Access (97 or 2000/XP). Other reporting platforms are available upon special request.
• Any report expected to require more than 20 hours of initial development will be discussed with the customer before beginning the project. Certain exceptions may apply.
• We only develop the initial report to match the original request specifications. Additional changes to the report after our firm price is established must be made at our normal development hourly rates.
• The customer is buying a completed report based on our actual development time and other factors. The customer is not paying for the development services. Therefore, these reports can be offered for sale to other customers as completed report applications.
